  • Outline specific myths related to meditation and mindfulness practice.

  • Clarify how those myths can undermine the practice of meditation and interfere with well-being and performance.

  • Discuss ways of improving meditation practice to better support presence and acceptance.

We’re keeping the momentum rolling! Kirsten will return on 4/22 from 3:00-4:00p (CT), and this time we’ll be tackling the Myths of Meditation, exploring the common ways that meditation is taught incorrectly and what you can do to improve your mindfulness practice.

Similar to last time, we’ll have a lot of interaction and back and forth with whoever joins - the vibe we’re aiming for is a shop talk at the corner booth of your favorite bar kind of thing.
